2. Reservations & Booking Policy

All reservations at Maa Kokila Grand Inn are subject to room availability and confirmation by the hotel. Guests are required to provide accurate personal and contact details when making a booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking if incorrect or misleading information is provided.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and check into the hotel.

3. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
