Payment Policy

Secure & Transparent Payment Guidelines at Maa Kokila Grand Inn

1. Advance Payment Requirement

Depending on the type of reservation selected, guests may be required to make a partial or full advance payment in order to confirm and secure their booking at Maa Kokila Grand Inn. Booking confirmations will only be considered valid once the required payment has been successfully received.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

The hotel accepts payments through approved payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, online bank transfers, UPI payments, and cash payments made directly at the property. Guests are requested to ensure that all payment details provided during the booking process are accurate and valid.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and check into the hotel.

3. Card Verification & Pre-Authorization

Maa Kokila Grand Inn reserves the right to pre-authorize credit or debit cards prior to arrival to verify the payment method and guarantee the reservation. In certain cases, guests may also be requested to complete an advance payment before check-in, especially during peak seasons, special events, group bookings, or promotional offers.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.

4. Additional Charges

Any additional charges incurred during the stay, including room service, damages, extra guest charges, or other hotel services, must be settled in full at the time of check-out.
